The purpose of Baduanjin is to regulate the flow of Qi (vital energy) and harmonize internal organs. It is highly valued for its ability to improve flexibility, enhance balance, and reduce stress, making it a simple yet effective exercise suitable for all ages.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is a traditional Chinese martial and wellness art. It is famous for its slow, continuous, and circular movements synchronized with deep, even breathing. At its core, Tai Chi focuses on achieving the balance of Yin and Yang and promoting the smooth flow of Qi (vital energy).
